How it plays

Draw a card, find the next matching color on the path and hop your mover there — the same simple rule as classic Candy Land. The twist is the Heeler family chaos: turn over a Dance Mode card and everyone at the table gets up to boogie, and whoever reaches a Magic Xylophone space can freeze another player on the spot.

We made it for preschoolers who would rather play Bluey than watch it. No reading is needed, up to six can join, and the stops at Shadowlands and Rug Island give grown-ups plenty to chat about on the way to the finish.

New paint on a classic, a clear winner
I'm old, the original Candy land and other greats like cooties, trouble, life, these were the kinds of things we did as a family growing up, and Bluey is just so real and great, so when I saw a Bluey version of Candy Land and Trouble, I bought both. Its great sharing something like that with the kids, even the older kids like to play. Good quality, easily playable by younger kids, excellent way to spend quality time with the family
