From shelf to doorstep
We show you the games, and the retailer gets the box to you. Here is the whole trip in six rolls of the die, with who is responsible at each step.
- You
Pick a game
Browse the shelves, filter by age or players, and open the game that fits your table. Check the age grade and what is in the box.
- You
Follow the button
The buy button opens that game's listing at the retailer. Confirm it is the edition you want and look at the current price, which is set by the retailer and can change.
- You
Place the order
Add the game to your cart and check out on the retailer's site. You choose the delivery address, shipping speed and payment method there.
- The retailer
Pack the box
The retailer confirms your order by email, takes payment and prepares the game for dispatch. Delivery estimates and any shipping fees are shown at checkout.
- The carrier
On the road
The carrier collects the parcel and brings it to your address. Use the tracking link in the retailer's shipping email to follow it.
- You
Lift the lid
Open the box, check the contents against the list in the rules, and deal everyone in. Ready, set, play!
- Shipping costs, delivery times and free-shipping thresholds are decided by the retailer and shown at checkout.
- Delivery outside the United States depends on the retailer and on the individual listing.
- If a parcel is late or lost, contact the retailer through your order page — they can see the tracking and arrange a solution.
