Missing a piece?
Returns, refunds and replacements are handled by the retailer where the order was placed, because they hold your order and your payment. Find your situation below and we will point you the right way.
- IfThe wrong game arrivedThenOpen your order on the retailer's site and report it as an incorrect item. They will arrange a return and send the right box or refund you.
- IfThe box arrived damagedThenTake a few photos of the parcel and the box before you throw anything away, and report the damage to the retailer through your order page.
- IfA piece is missingThenCheck the contents list in the rulebook and look under the tray insert first. If something really is missing, ask the retailer for a replacement or an exchange through your order page.
- IfAn electronic game does not workThenTry fresh batteries, inserted the way the diagram shows, and remove any pull tab. If it still will not start, contact the retailer about a replacement or refund.
- IfYou changed your mindThenLook up the retailer's return policy for your order. Most returns need the game unopened and requested within the retailer's return window.
- IfThe game was a gift and you have no receiptThenAsk the giver for the order details if you can, or contact the retailer's customer service — many can handle a gift return with an order number.
- IfThe return window has passedThenThe retailer's customer service is still the first stop, since they can see the order. For general questions about a game you can also pass us a note.
We cannot issue refunds, exchanges or replacement parts from this site, because no orders or payments pass through it.
