About Family Classics
The games everyone already knows
This is the shelf nobody needs the rules read for. The Game of Life has been spinning its wheel since 1960, sending little cars full of pegs toward retirement. Connect 4 arrived in 1974 with a 6-by-7 grid and one job: four in a row. Sorry! and Trouble are races with a mean streak — bump a pawn back to start, or press the Pop-O-Matic bubble and hope for a six.
Two-player games for a quick round
Some of our best family board games need only two chairs. Guess Who? is a round of yes-or-no questions — does your person wear glasses? — and it comes in the original edition plus Bluey, Pokémon, Harry Potter, Disney Princess and NFL versions. Connect 4 takes a few minutes a game, which makes best-of-five easy to agree to. Both are rated for ages 6 and up, and neither requires much reading.
Familiar games, new themes
A themed edition is often the easiest way to get a reluctant player to the table. The Game of Life comes in Super Mario, Barbie, Harry Potter, Elf and Dr. Seuss versions; Trouble has Bluey and One Fish, Two Fish boards; Sorry! has a Disney Villains edition; and Connect 4 has Batman and Spider-Man. The rules stay close to the original, so anyone who knows the classic can start playing right away.

Which classic works for the widest age range?
Connect 4, Sorry! and Trouble all start at age 6 and stay fun for adults, so they are safe picks when the table mixes ages.
How many people can play The Game of Life?
The classic edition plays 2 to 4 players, ages 8 and up. Themed editions can differ, so check the player count on the listing.
What is in the Grab and Go bundle?
It is a four-pack of compact travel versions of our games, sized for a backpack or a car ride. The listing shows exactly which four are included.
