What's in the box

  • 147 double-sided country tokens to mark control
  • Wooden army and fleet pieces in seven country colors
  • Game board, map pad and comprehensive rulebook
  • Storage bags keep each power's components organized
  • Standalone game with no dice or random elements

How it plays

Each round begins with talk: players bargain, make promises and plot in whatever combinations they like. Then everyone secretly writes orders for their armies and fleets, and all orders are revealed and resolved at once. Since there are no dice, a move succeeds only with enough support, which means a trusted ally matters more than any single piece.

Gather a group that enjoys negotiation and doesn't hold grudges. Two to seven can play this standalone game, set in the age of imperialism across the Ottoman Empire, the Indian subcontinent, China and the East Indies, and newcomers get a full rulebook.
