Bought this for family night on Christmas. It is so much fun. We ended up playing it at a friend's house for New Year's Eve. I would say it's more appropriate for age 18 and over. good quality game. As far as the cards, they don't tear or get worn out quickly. It's small enough to carry with you out of town. This is strictly for entertainment. Not meant for educational purposes LOL
