How it plays
Each player chooses a hippo and launches marbles into the center pond. Then the chomping starts: the faster you press your hippo's tail, the faster its neck shoots out to swallow whatever rolls past. When the pond is empty, everyone counts their catch, remembering that the golden marble is worth two. The marbles drop straight back into each trough, ready to launch again.
We updated this edition for parents as much as preschoolers. Marbles live in their own storage case, and the hippos' levers push up so the game slides flat into its box. It is a cheerful choice for two to four kids on a rainy afternoon.

Great fun for the whole family.
Who doesn't love Hungry Hungry Hippos!? This is a nastolgic game for me and every time I play it with my son, it brings me back to playing with my parents. The game itself is durable, which is perfect for my rough play 3-year-old. It is also very easy to play and is a great came to teach winning respetfully and not being a sore loser!
Fun little kids game
This was a good starter game for my 3 year old. My 3 & 4 year old love it, it’s super easy to play and cleanup.
