How it plays

Each day you open a door and find a puzzle, sometimes with a Clue card, a token, or a surprise. Read along in the storybook, use the cipher to break codes, and work through visual and hands-on puzzles that tell you which door comes next. Evidence goes onto the crime board beside a map of Tudor Mansion until you can name who, where, and what.

It is a one-time experience, because some puzzles get folded, cut, and written on. We rate the difficulty three out of five and suggest it for ages 10 and up, solo or as a family working together through the countdown.
